MB Century
Project manage and lead the construction of this green (Carbon neutral) project on behalf of Halcyon. MB Century initiated the procurement and supply contracts, managed the OEM supply (including factory acceptance testing) and managed all sub-contractors through the construction / consenting / commissioning phases. We developed the Operation & Maintenance procedures and operate the plant now that commissioning is complete.
Responsibilities
Provide Project Management oversight, construction support, development of operating procedures through to operation and maintenance of the plant
Project outcome
Successful delivery of hydrogen for our client.
